Book Reports

As of right now, I will not be changing the format or expectations for book reports.  

Each book should be at least 100 pages.  If it is a large book check with
me right away to see if it can earn credit for more than one book
report.  If it has less than 100 pages check with me right away to see
if the book is appropriate on its own, or if it needs to be coupled
with another book. I am not requiring that any specific book report
fit a certain genre. However, in February we will have a Wax Museum
and students who have read a biography or autobiography by the end of
January will have an advantage.


Book Reports need to include the following:
Student's Name
Title of the book
Author
Summary (What was the book about? 4-5 well-written, clear sentences)
Opinion (Did you like the book? Why or why not? 2-3 well-written,
clear sentences)
Due Dates:

October 12
October 26
November 16
November 30
December 14
January 11
January 25
February 8******  Changed from the 25th
Feb 22

March 21 (Participation in the Wax Museum will count as this book report)
